2. For making any Claim make sure to record a video while opening the package after delivery i.e Unboxing Video.
3. Any claims without Unboxing Videos will not be entertained.
4. After receiving a claim we will analyze the evidence and will process the claims accordingly.
5. If claims is legit we will send you an Exchange product immediately without any Charges .

If you face ANY technical problem with any of our Wooden FURNITURE items like Ottoman, Puffs and stools within 6 MONTHS of your purchase, we'll fix that problem for you FOR FREE! Our rider will come pick up the product, we'll have it fixed, and send it back to you within a week!
