HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

You will be taken to your shopping cart, where you can either choose to 'CONTINUE SHOPPING' or process your order by clicking the 'CHECKOUT' option.currently we are providing 'cash on delivery' and 'credit card' payment options nationwide.

Confirm the order.

You will receive an email confirming your order.You will receive a phone call on the next available working day to reconfirm your order after which it will be processed for shipping.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Your order delivers to you with in 2 to 3 working days from the order date depending on your location.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER

We are providing COD (CASH ON DELIVERY) Service . You just have to place an order online and wait for your order. We will send your Order Via BlueEx. and the person (Courier) who will deliver the package to your doorstep will collection Cash from you.

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN A PRODUCT WHICH I BOUGHT FROM SOLANGS.PK ?

WHAT COURIER SERVICES DO YOU USE FOR SHIPPING?

Shipments within Pakistan are dispatched by BlueEx.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes you can cancel or change your order at the same time as you are still browsing and shopping, simply remove it and/or update from ‘Shopping Cart’.

But once your order has been confirmed however, it's not possible for you to change or cancel it prior to dispatch. In this instance the order will be sent to you and then if required you will have to return it. Please refer to our Returns Policy if you require further information.
